Are you buying or selling a manufactured or modular home? I can provide you with HUD certifications for the bank. Most banks will need an inspection to meet the HUD requirements for the permanent Foundations guide for Manufactured Housing (PFGMH).

Below are some examples of structural issues. Not all issues are the same and not all issues require the same repair. This is why you should consult with an engineer.
